Due to on-going advisories on the COVID-19 pandemic, we urge all participants to stay in contact with your group leader or instructor for any scheduling changes.

Mondays | Vinyasa Flow with Rainbow Connection Yoga | 5 p.m.*
Move at your own pace, this class builds strength, flexibility and balance. Take a break from your busy day to be in the moment with the pose and your breath. Good for all levels. Visit KC’s website Rainbow Connection Yoga for more information.

Tuesdays – resumes on November 10 | Tai Chi for adults | 10 a.m.*
Taught by certified instructor Marcia Wyman, the class covers basic tai chi movements for balance, flexibility, strength, and mental concentration. Marcia teaches a modified Yang form that is easy and safe for everyone. You can reach Marcia at (603) 224-5768 for more information.
