The Red Barn and Timmy Patten Park are available for rent. Throughout the pandemic, the WCA board and staff have carefully followed CDC and NH-HHS guidance.
Vaccinated visitors to the Red Barn and Timmy Patten Park are no longer required to wear a mask or socially distance.
If you have not been vaccinated, we ask that you continue to wear a mask and socially distance. Masks are available at the Red Barn.

Renting the Red Barn
Party with family and friends or business meeting, the WCA Red Barn is just the place for your next event. The Red Barn has been home to conferences, meetings, classes and celebrations of all kinds. Whether you need a spot for a workshop, an employee appreciation dinner or a special birthday, baby show or wedding – the Red Barn is the perfect venue.
Our beautiful function room provides flexible table seating for 75 people and up to 100 for presentations and workshops. Enjoy our great amenities, including a commercial kitchen, air conditioning, sound system and audiovisual equipment.
The function room at the Red Barn is available year-round and can host up to 100 people. We offer flexible rental options and provide:
- Flexible seating arrangements with folding chairs plus round and rectangular tables
- Air conditioning and large ceiling fans
- Commercial kitchen
- Audio and video presentation equipment
- Handicap accessible
- Available 365 days of the year

Announcing – a new program for FREE USE of the WCA Red Barn for formal and informal clubs and groups, Wilmot-based nonprofits, and Town of Wilmot boards, committees, and commissions. All are welcome to use the Function Room at the Red Barn at no charge for free activities, events, and meetings. Program includes free-use for regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings and activities. Nonprofits and official town organizations can also use the Red Barn for one-off meetings and programs.
