Big Book Step Study Meeting – open to all
Tuesdays – cancelled until further notice | Tai Chi for adults | 10 a.m.*
Taught by certified instructor Marcia Wyman, the class covers basic tai chi movements for balance, flexibility, strength, and mental concentration. Marcia teaches a modified Yang form that is easy and safe for everyone. You can reach Marcia at (603) 224-5768 for more information.

ThHave you fallen out of your morning run or afternoon walk routine? Not a problem – join the WCA Spring Run/Walk Challenge. How does it work? Set a weekly goal, make a $25 donation – online or by check – and send us an email with your goal in miles or steps. Learn more.
May 2 to May 30 | Green Up Wilmot |
Join the fun and volunteer to pick up trash along Wilmot’s roadways during the 14th annual townwide cleanup. If you’d like to help make the town look wonderful for summer – please email Ann Davis to learn which roads still need attention. The townwide cleanup, a collaborative effort by the WCA and the town of Wilmot. Thanks in advance for doing your bit to tidy up the town!
