The program will cover basic tai chi movements for balance, flexibility, strength and mental concentration. With 10 years of experience, Marcia teaches a modified Yang form that is senior safe and senior friendly. Wear loose clothes and low heel shoes or stocking feet. |

Hosted by the WCA, the Wilmot Ladies Aid Society, Kearsarge Area Council On Aging (COA), and the Community Action Program of Belknap and Merrimack counties, the monthly Senior Lunch is a terrific opportunity to spend time with friends while enjoying a yummy meal and live entertainment.
