The program will cover basic tai chi movements for balance, flexibility, strength and mental concentration.  With 10 years of experience, Marcia teaches a modified Yang form that is senior safe and senior friendly. Wear loose clothes and low heel shoes or stocking feet.

An evening of murder, mystery & mayhem!

It all starts at 6 p.m. on Friday, February 23 … Suddenly – the lights go out … a gunshot! The lights return and you can’t help but notice – there’s (gasp!) a dead man on the floor! Looking around the room, you realize a murderer is among you.

Enjoy a delicious  dinner while you solve the mystery. $20 per person and BYOB – call Amber Gove at 748-1684 for tickets or to volunteer. (Snow date – February 24)
