The WCA is pleased to announce its selections for the David White Memorial Scholarship and the Kay White Memorial Scholarship.
Katarina Nowicki was awarded the Kay White Memorial Scholarship. She was deeply involved in student government organizations and theater and plans to attend American University with a focus on political science.
Toby MacLeod was awarded the David White Memorial Scholarship. His community service includes organization and facilitation of camping trips for inner city kids and church-related activities. He plans to attend La Salle University for psychology.
Logan Ducasse was awarded the Kay White Memorial Scholarship. New to the area, he participated in community clean ups and fundraising activities in southern New Hampshire. Ducasse will be attending Lakes Region Community College for culinary arts.
The WCA funds, administers, and awards the David White Memorial Scholarship and the Kay White Memorial Scholarship. Both scholarships are awarded to Kearsarge Regional High School seniors living in Wilmot with plans to attend an accredited college or trade school. Applicants must have a strong record of community service.
