2023 We Love it Here! Photo Contest and Calendar
The Wilmot Community Association (WCA) is pleased to announce its annual photography contest.
Whether you are a hobbyist, professional, kid, teen, or adult – everyone is welcome to submit their work. While anyone can enter, all photos must have been taken in the Kearsarge-Sunapee region. Entering the contest is free, so don’t miss out!
Submissions start May 1, 2023 and the Entry Deadlne Is June 1.Twelve winners – one for each month of the year – will be chosen by vote of the community and will be featured in the 2024 WCA Calendar. So – get out and about on a photo field trip or check your archives. We’re looking for a wide selection of photographs showing the beauty of the region throughout the seasons.
Even if you don’t enter, be sure to vote for your favorite photographs.
How to Enter
To be eligible for the contest and calendar:
- There is a limit of 3 photographs per person.
- All photographs must have been taken in the Kearsarge-Sunapee region.
- Only sharp, high-resolution (min 300 dpi), digital photographs in JPG or TIFF format will be accepted.
- Only photographs with landscape orientation will be accepted.
The preferred aspect ratio range is between 4:3 and 10:8.
Winning photographs will be cropped to fit the 2024 We love it HERE! Calendar which will measure 8.5×11-inches. - Photos should not include any recognizable people.
